To check on an order, you can email us by clicking here to check your order status. We do not yet have automated order status on our website, however, our customer service associates will be happy to help you via email. Most orders are processed within 72 hours, one or two days after you place your order on-line. Regular delivery time via Priority US Mail averages 2 weeks from date of shipment (keep in mind unforeseen delays may occur, thanks for your patience). Delivery time to remote areas and to the non-Continental US may be longer than 2 weeks. Typically, if you provided an active email address, a shipment confirmation email will be sent. Please be sure to check your bulk or junk folder if you feel you should have received this email.
