Defective Items: - If you receive a defective product, please return it to us
within 15 days, and we will be glad to replace it with the same item. Please
contact us at inquiry@janissaffell.com
and a replacement item will be sent.
Incorrect Shipments - If you are
sent the wrong product please send it back to us unopened within 15 days and we
will be glad to replace it for the correct item.
Lost Orders - If you haven't received your package within allotted
delivery times (Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order.)
please let us know and we will do whatever we can in assisting you to get your
package. Before contacting us, please check with your local United States Post
Office and see if they have your package. Due to box sizes sometimes your mail person will not leave the package
and a notice will be left for you to pick up the package at the Post Office.
30 DAY PILATE BAND WARRANTY - The
Pilate Band equipment will be replaced if it falls to give normal wear for 30
days after delivery. Proof of damage may be required at customer
expense. This warranty does not cover cuts or tears from finger nails or
rings, pet damage, damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the
identical color band is not available, FEI will provide an equivalent resistance
pilate band.
