For International Orders - All International orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail. Local import duties and taxes are customers responsibility. Payment Forms - We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover using PayPal.

Shipping & Handling - Shipping and Handling charges include packaging, insurance and delivery confirmation and are non-refundable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all Wholesale Kickbox Handgrip orders. Videos and music orders are shipped Priority Mail. Please allow 7-15 days for all videos and music.

Special Offers - Please note that any special offer (ex. Free Shipping, Discounts, Promotional Sale) will be processed at our offices and reflected on your final invoice and credit card charge. The discount will not appear on your web invoice. If you return items for a refund that result in your merchandise purchase from one of our Special Offers, you will be charged for shipping when we process your refund.

Return Policy - We do not accept returns!   MUSIC, VIDEOS AND EQUIPMENT PROMOTIONAL SALES ARE FINAL SALES.  We do not refund or credit shipping and handling fees.  Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received in our office.

Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt.  All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt and reported to our customer service department for return authorization via: Returns@janissaffell.com

Defective Items: - If you receive a defective product, please return it to us within 15 days, and we will be glad to replace it with the same item. Please contact us at inquiry@janissaffell.com and a replacement item will be sent. 

Incorrect Shipments - If you are sent the wrong product please send it back to us unopened within 15 days and we will be glad to replace it for the correct item.

Lost Orders - If you haven't received your package within allotted delivery times (Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order.) please let us know and we will do whatever we can in assisting you to get your package.  Before contacting us, please check with your local United States Post Office and see if they have your package. Due to box sizes sometimes your mail person will not leave the package and a notice will be left for you to pick up the package at the Post Office.

30 DAY PILATE BAND WARRANTY - The Pilate Band equipment will be replaced if it falls to give normal wear for 30 days after delivery.  Proof of damage may be required at customer expense.  This warranty does not cover cuts or tears from finger nails or rings, pet damage, damage caused by other unreasonable use.  If the identical color band is not available, FEI will provide an equivalent resistance pilate band.
