Yoga Stretch™
This rejuvenating yoga stretch workout is designed to integrate strength, flexibility and mobility for a relaxing stretch for the mind and body. Develop proper body alignment and movement execution to increase your balance, strength, precision and flexibility with a sequence of static series of postures within this unique yoga workout! Create a relaxing space for your practice. You may want to turn down the lights, light a candle and burn incense.

Fit Blast (VIIT)™
A Total Calorie Burning Workout! This FIT BLAST (VIIT)™ WORKOUT, is a Variable-intensity interval training (VIIT) program. FIT BLAST (VIIT)™ is formatted to take participants through high, medium and low intensity phases. You will experience 3 different workouts in which you rotate between high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with medium-intensity (strength) and low-intensity (recovery) periods for a more efficient workout. This allows participants to attain HIIT intervals, Agility & Strength, plus Mind/Body geared to fit all fitness levels. Every workout challenges the entire body in numerous ways. Tabata, HIIT, HVIT, VIIT and any other variation are tough. They challenge you, take you to the edge and possibly over it. But while they are all tough, FIT BLAST (VIIT)™ is arguably the more rounded workout. FIT BLAST (VIIT)™ is a balance between all-out effort, strength, endurance and mobility which makes it more accessible and safer to do for the majority of participants. Martial Tabata™
MARTIAL TABATA® is a martial arts & kickboxing inspired workout utilizing high intensity interval Tabata timing. This MMA–style high–intensity interval cardio–strength program is the ultimate kickboxing workout designed with explosive plyometrics, speed, agility, and martial moves. Learn how to create a MARTIAL TABATA® High Intensity Interval training program using tubing, weights, boxing gloves, heavy bag, and unique body–weight exercises. Each MARTIAL TABATA® round consists of 8 cycles of a 20 sec WORK Intervals, and a 10 sec REST Interval, followed by a 60 sec RECOVERY Phase. This will be the ultimate calorie blasting, high–energy, “Earn Your Shower”, kinda sweat–induced MARTIAL TABATA® workout.
Sweat It Out™

Extreme Tabata™
A Total Calorie Cardio/Upper/Lower Body Blasting Workout! Tabata is a HiiT (high-intensity interval training) workout using the Tabata formula of 20 second work intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times in one Tabata round. This Tabata workout is specially designed to build intensity during the WORK interval and diminish during the REST interval.
Hardcore Kickboxing Circuit™
This Hardcore Kickboxing Circuit ™ will take you through a calorie-burning cardio workout with unique upper and lower body sculpting combinations. Let the martial attitude take over and develop an effective understanding of body movement and muscle tone. Grab your gloves and dumbbells for this killer kickbox circuit. Get Fit! Get Strong! 20/20/20 Workout™
A Super Cross Training Workout! 20-20-20 Three workouts in one! This workout is designed to give you the ultimate total body workout. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching. You could see anything from hi/lo aerobics, kickboxing, Tabata, yoga and/or pilates. Let’s have a killer workout and tons of fun!

This energized Kickboxing program will take you through a calorie-burning cardio workout with unique upper and lower body sculpting combinations. HiiT stands for (high-intensity interval training) working for 30 secs work intervals followed by 15 seconds of rest, repeated 6 times in one HIIT round. This HIIT Fusion ™ workout is specially designed to build intensity during the WORK interval and diminish during the REST interval.
Hardcore Cardio Blast™
A Sweat Induced Total Calorie Burning Workout! A cardio fat blast plus weights or whatever equipment you happen to have at home. Let’s have a killer workout and tons of fun!
Step HIIT™
Set your metabolism on fire with this full body STEP HIIT ™ workout. Bringing you a total body cardio and strength workout. Combining step, HIIT, and dumbbells, this is the ultimate at-home workout. Get your heart pumping and the calories burning with this Step HIIT ™ workout at home. Utilizing a step bench & weights or whatever equipment you happen to have at home. Dance Party!™
A full body, high intensity DANCE cardio workout to boost your energy! Janis creates a Judgement-free dance space, breaks down every move, step-by-step, so anyone can do it. This workout will get your body moving as you shake like a dancer while getting a core workout that may be more effective than just simple sit-ups. Let’s have a killer workout and tons of fun!
EMOM Interval Training™
An EMOM workout, short for every minute on the minute, is a form of interval training. The challenge is to complete a predetermined number of repetitions (reps) of a particular exercise within 60 seconds. Then, you use whatever time is left in that minute to rest before moving on to the next set.

EMOM workouts help to build up stamina and your body learns how to recover more quickly and work harder. Over time this will build your fitness capacity, including how quickly you and your heart rate are able to come back to baseline after strenuous home workouts. When you’ve completed your set of reps, you use the remainder of that minute to rest before you move on to your next set of reps. You repeat this cycle for the duration of your workout.
The slower you are at completing your reps, the less time you’ll have to rest. Recovery time is very important, and it’s crucial not to skip it. Being able to rest gives your body a chance to recover and reset before you launch into the next exercise.

Walk 'n Tone Sweat Session™
30 minute HIGH SWEAT, low impact walk and 30 minute toning workout. Torch calories complete with dance moves that are easy to learn and fun to practice combined with tons of toning and cardio. This workout will be sure to get your heart pumping with these high intensity cardio moves in the first half and toning with hand weights in the second half. If you don't have any weights at home, don't worry, you can do these body-tightening toning exercises with two bottles of water or two cans of soup - get creative!
