  • Stand with feet shoulder width-apart

  • Bend knees, sit back into hips, weight evenly distributed between the ball of the feet to heels.

  • Jump forward and land softly into squat and tap the floor.

  • Then, jump backwards and land in a squat and repeat.....12 reps, 3-4 sets
